4. Digital Products & Program Access

When purchasing a digital product:

Results from programs will vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.


All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

 

5. Orders & Fulfilment

All orders are processed after successful payment.


Fitanol aims to dispatch orders promptly, typically within a short handling period after purchase. Once dispatched, orders are handled by third-party shipping providers.


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on external factors.

 

6. Shipping

Shipping is fulfilled via third-party postal services.


By placing an order, you agree that:


  • Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control

Fitanol is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping provider. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.


 

7. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products (30-Day Return Policy)

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided



Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

Digital Products
