Fitanol – Shipping Policy

At Fitanol, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining a smooth and reliable experience.


1. Order Processing


All orders are processed after successful payment.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within a short timeframe after purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted courier services.


Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:


  • Your location within Australia
  • Postal network delays
  • Weather or external disruptions

While most deliveries arrive within a reasonable timeframe, delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:


  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details will be provided (where available)

 

It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided.

 

5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout.

Fitanol is not responsible for:


  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses resulting from incorrect information

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

 


6. Delays & Lost Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Fitanol is not responsible for delays.


However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost:


  • Contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier

 

Resolution times depend on the shipping provider.


 

7. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement where appropriate.

 

8. International Shipping

Option A (if not shipping internationally):

We currently only ship within Australia.
