Fitanol – Refund & Return Policy

At Fitanol, we want you to feel confident in your purchase while maintaining fair and reasonable use of our policies.


1. 30-Day Return Policy (Physical Products)

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for all physical products, including the Reco breathing trainer.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:


  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Fitanol is not responsible for lost return parcels.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:


  • Used products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Change of mind after the product has been used


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:


  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:


  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

 

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.

 

7. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products, including:


  • 7-Day Recovery Reset
  • 30-Day Recovery Program

Are non-refundable once access has been granted.


This is due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of digital content.


8. Order Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation fairly.


9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
